You will be asked to coach, collaborate and drive sales for a diverse sales team in a 25,000ft2, seven-day-a-week, retail showroom while providing the absolute best customer experience in any industry to every person, every time.



    • Moves through the showroom floor to engage customers, support team members and confirm all aspects of the store experience are working seamlessly
    • Assists in leading the team including hiring, coaching, training, scheduling, goals and expectations and development
    • Actively manages day-to-day sales including CRM sales pipeline, sales dashboard, revenue growth, margin enhancement, realizing budget targets and process improvement
    • Proactively learns about industry trends, products, the local market and leadership
    • Works directly with customers in the sales process
    • Networking and relationship development
    • Proactively identifies, responds to and resolves customer needs
    • Plans, executes and manages store events 


    • 4 year Bachelors’ Degree
    • +2 years sales leadership experience
    • +5 years sales experience
    • Five-day work week will include weekends, evenings and possible holidays
    • Long hours of moving through a 20,000+ ft2 retail store
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
